We own these apartments. We'd like you to love living in them.
Frontpoint is a small, owner-run collection of homes in Auckland Central and Remuera. We chose each one because we'd happily live there ourselves: high floors and the whole city on the doorstep, or a brand new townhouse in one of Auckland's best streets.
We furnish our city apartments properly, from the beds and sofas to the kitchen and laundry. Then we look after them, and the people in them, ourselves.
That means you get a straight answer and a quick decision, and you're dealing with people who care how the place is looked after. In return, we look for tenants who'll treat it like home.
You deal with the owners
No agency and no property manager in the middle. Ask us something and the people who decide are the ones answering.
Ready to live in
Our city apartments are fully furnished, with Wi-Fi included in the rent. Bring a suitcase and get the power on in your name.
Warm, dry and healthy
All of our homes meet the Healthy Homes standards for heating, insulation, ventilation and moisture.
No letting fees
You pay rent and a bond lodged with Tenancy Services. Nothing on top.
